The NR-01 Journey is a structured solution for identifying, assessing, and managing work-related psychosocial risks, connecting the organizational diagnosis to the needs of the PGR — the Risk Management Program.
The journey can use the GPTW Climate Survey or the short version of COPSOQ. From that data, GPMH runs a quantitative and organizational analysis of psychosocial factors, identifies critical patterns, ranks risks by priority, and builds a tailored Psychosocial Risk Matrix.
Work happens in three main stages: project planning and setup; scientific risk diagnosis; and consolidation of results into recommendations and an action plan.
Deliverables include risk analysis by eligible groups/GHEs, a review of existing mitigation practices, PGR recommendations, a management report, an analytical report with methodological detail, a results meeting, and a structured file of mapped risks for PGR integration.
