By analyzing open comments from surveys the company already runs, GPMH identifies patterns, relevant indicators, and issues that need attention — showing how people perceive and experience work.
Results are consolidated into a company-wide organizational reading, supported by benchmarks agreed with the project sponsors. The company receives a digital report and an executive presentation led by a GPMH specialist, turning the data into information RH and leadership can act on.
The service also includes the option of GPMH Mental Health Certification when the established criteria are met, valid for 12 months.
