Journeys that turn diagnosis into development

Eight journeys of classes led by specialists, with scientific curation, to develop teams and leaders on the themes the diagnosis points to.

The method

Every Great journey follows this cycle

Five steps, from what people say to measured progress. Then the cycle begins again, because learning protects the mind.

  1. 01

    Listen

Speech and writing reveal how people are doing, not just what they say.

  2. 02

    Understand

Proprietary mapping turns signals into an executive reading.

  3. 03

    Develop

The data writes the curriculum: the right classes, in the right order.

  4. 04

    Measure

A new mapping compares before and after. Progress becomes a number.

  5. 05

    Begin again

Continuous learning as protection: a stimulated brain falls ill less often.

The format

1h classes, online
This is the format of the Organizational Neuroscience journey and of the journeys concentrated on one area.
Scientific curation
Every theme, class and sequence goes through the curation of Dr. Pedro Shiozawa, PhD, psychiatrist and researcher.
GPMH specialists
Classes are led by GPMH team specialists.

Modalities

Two ways to travel the same journey

The Organizational Neuroscience journey and the concentrated journeys come in two modalities. The difference is how the track is chosen.

Predefined Journey

The themes of the classes are already set. The track is ready to start.

  • Immediate start: no diagnostic stage, the track already exists
  • Themes already set, in a ready-made sequence
  • Classes led by GPMH team specialists

Stages

  1. Kickoff. Alignment with leaders, teams and context.

  2. Classes. The track of the journey, with themes already set.

  3. Closing. Consolidation of the learning and next steps.

Predictive Journey

Mapping with a proprietary algorithm opens the journey, and its result selects the titles of the classes.

  • Initial X-ray: proprietary neuroscience mapping of the organization
  • Tailored track: the classes are selected by the mapping results
  • Measured progress: a final mapping compares before and after

Stages

  1. Kickoff. Alignment with leaders, teams and context.

  2. Mapping. The proprietary algorithm generates the organization's X-ray.

  3. Classes. Titles selected according to the mapping results.

  4. Final mapping. A new reading to measure the team's progress.

  5. Closing. Consolidation, certification delivery when the score is met, and next steps.

Learning Boosts

  • Organizational Neuroscience

From the norm to brain capital.

The complete journey. Seven classes cover the five development areas in sequence: it opens with NR-1 and psychosocial risks, moves through psychological safety, emotional intelligence, engagement and self-care, and closes with AI and continuous learning.

    What your team takes away

    • Psychosocial risks treated as an organizational responsibility, not an individual one
    • A single reading of safety, emotion, cognition, wellbeing and innovation
    • Tools to regulate emotions and decide clearly under pressure
    • AI mediated by leadership, as an ally of mental health
    1. NR-01 and Psychosocial Risks
    2. Psychological Safety
    3. Emotional Intelligence
    4. The Neuroscience of Engagement: Brain under Pressure
    5. Self-Care: You at the Center
    6. Artificial Intelligence and Mental Health
    7. Living to Learn: Cognitive Stimulation and Its Impact on Mental Health
    • 1h classes, online
    • 7 classes
    • Leaders and teams

  • NR-1 Regulatory

    From obligation to prevention.

We map the psychosocial risks in your company, deliver reports and an executive debrief for leadership, and run the class track. For the full risk diagnosis and the PGR action plan, the journey connects to the NR-01 Journey.

    What your team takes away

    • Psychosocial risk mapping with a proprietary algorithm
    • Reports and executive debrief for leadership
    • Class track and learning boosters
    • Recommendations and an action plan for the PGR
    • Consulting and class track
    • Leadership and teams
    • Brazil only
Ask about this journey: NR-1 Regulatory
  • Psychological Safety

    From concept to consequence.

Five classes to build the environment where speaking up is safe. The track presents the four stages of psychological safety, shows the weight of belonging and personality profiles, exposes the micro-behaviors that erode that safety and closes on the signs of burnout, anxiety and depression.

    What your team takes away

    • The four stages of psychological safety applied to the team
    • Error treated as data for learning, not a reason for blame
    • Recognizing toxic micro-behaviors in yourself and in others
    • Warning signs of burnout, anxiety and depression
    1. The Path to Psychological Safety
    2. Belonging: The Power of Being Part
    3. Personality: The Masks We Wear
    4. We Are Toxic Without Knowing It
    5. Between Pressure and Rest
    • 1h classes, online
    • 5 classes
    • Leaders and teams
Ask about this journey: Psychological Safety
  • Wellbeing

    From feeling to real function.

Five classes that treat wellbeing as a function, not a mood. The track revisits the concept of happiness, works on relational intelligence, shows when a reward behavior becomes dependence, covers belonging and closes on self-care as a practice.

    What your team takes away

    • Wellbeing understood as a practice and a measurable condition
    • Relationships that sustain collective wellbeing
    • Attention to reward behaviors that become dependence
    • Small, consistent self-care routines
    1. The Secret of Happiness
    2. Relational Intelligence
    3. Online Gaming: A Villain in Disguise
    4. Belonging: The Power of Being Part
    5. Self-Care: You at the Center
    • 1h classes, online
    • 5 classes
    • Leaders and teams
    Ask about this journey: Wellbeing
  • Cognitive Performance

    From paradox to continuous learning.

Five classes on what sustains performance and what sabotages it. The track starts from the paradox of operating at maximum all the time, moves through anxiety, stress and the cost of multitasking, and closes on continuous learning as a sustainable strategy.

    What your team takes away

    • Why operating at maximum all the time sabotages results
    • The line between functional stress and stress that makes people sick
    • What multitasking costs attention
    • Continuous learning as cognitive protection
    1. The Performance Paradox
    2. Anxiety: Why Are We So Anxious?
    3. Brain Under Pressure
    4. Neuroplasticity: The High Cost of Multitasking

    • 5 classes
    • Leaders and teams
Ask about this journey: Cognitive Performance
  • Emotional Intelligence

    From self-care to real growth.

Five classes that put tools behind the autonomy companies ask for. The track reframes self-care as a responsibility, works on self-awareness and emotional regulation, uses the Big Five for self-knowledge, covers the line between pressure and rest and closes on antifragility.

    What your team takes away

    • Self-awareness and emotional regulation under pressure
    • The Big Five as a tool for self-knowledge, not labeling
    • The differences between burnout, anxiety and depression
    • Turning adversity into growth
    1. Self-Care: You at the Center

  • Innovation

    From tool to thinking partner.

For teams that already live with artificial intelligence. The journey builds practical fluency in real work, the judgment to know when to trust, when to review and when to decide without the algorithm, and the redesign of processes so AI expands capability without losing humanity.

    • Teams working with AI
    Ask about this journey: Innovation
  • Human-Centered AI

    From hype to humanity.

For organizations that want to use AI without losing humanity. The journey starts with a kickoff that aligns leaders and teams, uses mapping with a proprietary algorithm to generate people-centered insights and continues with a class track and boosters that carry the content into routine.

    What your team takes away

    • Strategy, governance and productivity with people at the center of decisions
    • Mapping of human signals, behavioral data and cultural patterns
    • A practical track led by specialists, in accessible language
