How to read the map
Three signals in one reading
Each circle is a theme raised by employees. Size, colour and connections show where to act first.
Size shows frequency
The bigger the circle, the more often the theme appears in the comments.
Colour shows tone
Colour shows how the theme is described, from positive to negative. Warm tones call for attention.
Lines show connections
Lines link themes that appear together in the same comments. The thicker the line, the stronger the connection.
In Essential and Advanced Wellbeing Mapping
From listening to direction
The map organizes the themes employees raise when asked “What needs to improve in your company?” and shows where to act first, what to preserve and what can be strengthened.
